Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP)

Maryland Medicaid’s new electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP) is live! All providers who bill the medicaid program for services are now required to enroll with the new portal.

ePREP is the one-stop shop for provider enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, information updates and demographic changes. Maryland Medicaid launched a Call Center to coincide with ePREP’s go-live. Automated Health Systems (AHS) will operate the Call Center and ePREP through its subcontractor, Digital Harbor. The portal is fully active and must be used by all provider types going forward. Care providers who don’t enroll, or whose information is out of date, may not be paid for services to Maryland HealthChoice recipients. The care provider’s network participation status may also be impacted as this lack of action is a breach of the UnitedHealthcare Provider Agreement.
